I have sensitive skin, will these products irritate my skin?

Our skincare products are carefully formulated using state of the art microbiome technology, meaning they care for and support the skin's natural biome.  Our products are optimised so they maintain an ideal skin pH and therefore aim to not irritate your skin.  In addition, our products don't contain any fragrance, a known skin irritant.

Do you use any nasty parabens or formaldehyde in your formulations?

Absolutely not.  Our end goal when formulating our products was to ensure they do not contain anything dangerous or damaging to the skin.  Our products are free from fragrance, silicones, parabens, mineral oils, PEGs, sulphates, and petroleum.

What is skin pH?

The term, pH, means 'potential of hydrogen'.  It is a measure of acidity on a scale of 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral.  Our skin has a hydrolipic layer that is around 4.7pH.

Does Grow Sunny test on animals?

Absolutely not.  We love all animals here at Grow Sunny and would never test on them.

Can I track my order?

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped from us, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number.  

What payment methods does Grow Sunny accept?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post and will generally be delivered within 5-7 business days.  Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.  During busy sale periods your order may take a little longer than usual, please allow for this.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship Australia-wide.  We hope to expand to international in the future.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Will you give out my personal details to third parties?

Absolutely not.  We would never even consider such a thing so rest assured your personal details remain safe with us.
