Enjoy complimentary shipping to Australia for orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD have a flat $10 shipping rate.
All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days from Brisbane, Australia Metro. However, during busy holiday and sale periods additional days may be required to pack and ship your items to you.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- We use Australia Post for shipping. After you purchase we will send you a tracking number. Follow this link should you wish to calculate tracking times based on our postcode, 4000. https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm AEST.
- Minimum order of $25 after discounts are applied.
- Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Australian Public Holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location, distance from metro area, busy sales periods, natural disasters and pandemics, delays caused by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds and any other delay outside of our control.
For international orders including New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $20 AUD.
It is important to note that we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

Timeframes are approximate only. Delivery times are also only estimates and will vary depending on your location, sale periods, natural disasters and pandemics, distance from metro area, delays caused from any courier services, credit card verification process delays, customs holds & any other delays. These are all outside of our control.
PACKAGING
Grow Sunny are always seeking to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable and we encourage you to either reuse them or dispose of them in recycling bin.
